Cressa, visiting PPL Center

Was definitely just a place to lay our heads for the night. Was close to PPL, the concert venue which made it very convenient. Our TV didn't work but we weren't there to watch TV. The employees were friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent. Wouldn't stay for any length of time but worked for what I needed it for and cost was reasonable.

Liked: Close to PPL.
Disliked: Very dated and not very clean.

In all honesty. I’ve stayed...

Liked: The property was extremely clean & very quiet. Staff was very friendly and room service were on point!! The house keepers kept our rooms very clean! It’s also located in a great location close to every thing. My only issue was the breakfast wasn’t good at all!! They definitely should think about better breakfast options
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible!!

Clean hotel with good service...

Liked: The location suited my needs in the area. The reception service at the hotel is pleasant and good. The American breakfast is average and nothing more. There is parking, which is very important in the area. In summary, a clean hotel with good service that meets expectations

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was wonderful and they did have breakfast (scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, waffles, cereal and breads).
Disliked: The location is well off the beaten path a half mile down an unlit, sketchy road. So much so that being within a mile of everything still meant having to Uber because we felt unsafe walking.The room was clean but the mattress protector was stained. The room was perpetually damp. I wouldn't stay here again.Should have paid $20 more per night and stayed at the tried and true Hilton.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities were good, size of the room was nice and spacious
Disliked: Sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly, tv was not a smart TV and didn't have the ability to stream, the complementary breakfast was lacking

Okay for a night of...

Liked: It was right off of the highway and near a few fast food options that were open late when we arrived.
Disliked: They ask for a cash deposit. Policies on booking.com are not updated and they don't care that it is their mistake. They do not have an atm so we had to drive to the bank just to be able to sleep in the room we'd already paid for.
