Better than some of the...

Liked: Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The room next to us had screaming literally all day AND night! Someone spilt/ threw up in the elevator and it was there our entire stay. The pool was dirty and full of running kids that staff should have asked the parents to fallow the rules or leave... The pool itself was dirty. And there was no chlorine smell ...meaning it was full of bacteria! The wifi wouldn't work and when I called the front desk the young man said he'd send maintenance to help ..which made no sense ,but no one showed ! I feel like he just stated that to shut me up.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Awful.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful that’s the only positive
Disliked: The first good we got in one of the beds was broken and not even flat. There was trash and someone’s shoes under the beds the curtain was slashed with a knife or something and the bathroom was genuinely depressing. It felt like a jail cell. That was the first room we got into the hallway also smelled awful like weed and musty it was horrible. We complained to the front desk she immediately gave us a room on the 4th floor this was better the hallway smelled like cleaning supplies and less stains. I guess 4th floor had better treatment. We get into the new room and it was better but the door to the balcony was broken and set in a way it technically didn’t close so it was a never ending stream of moths. They kept attacking my friend while he tried to sleep there were small issues like stains dirty and broken outlets and peeling paint. Not anything like we were expecting based on images and reviews from Booking.com. We left before even staying the second night and had to pay $500 for another room somewhere better. And we did NOT use Booking.com.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Jason Tue, 24 June 2025

Disappointing

Liked: The location is good. The facility has everything it needs to be a very positive experience, if the staff want it to be.
Disliked: The AC unit hardly worked in my room. You walked in for the first time and could tell it was struggling and needed repair. When we asked the front desk to look into it the worker glared at us and then demanded, "What did you do to it? How did you break it."Every other opportunity to talk with the staff was also met with rudeness and scorn.
