Extremely unsettling and unsatisfying!

Liked: Absolutely nothing! The room was horrible. I was using my Klarna as form of payment, and they were not able to charge it. I had to use different funds.
Disliked: Everything! The whole place was sketchy!

RUN AWAY, AWFUL PLACE

Liked: NADA
Disliked: I spent the entire day at the Grand Canyon in 30 °C heat and then drove 7 hours to Albuquerque. I arrived at the hotel completely exhausted around 12:30 a.m. and was assigned to room 267. To my shock, the shower didn’t work and the bathtub was in an absolutely filthy, unsanitary condition — covered in grime and dark stains. It was completely unusable. I have photos and videos to prove this.I went to the front desk, and the staff moved me to room 260. But as soon as I entered, I was hit with an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke, dirt, and mold. I returned to the reception, saying it was impossible to sleep there, but was told that no further room changes were possible because I had already been moved once. I explained this was not a matter of preference, but of health and hygiene, yet my request was refused.Left with no other option, I stayed in room 267, The shower didn’t work, but at least the room wasn't stinck so I was forced to take a "shower" using an empty trash bin, just like one would in a place with no plumbing — completely unacceptable for a paid motel stay.To make things worse:– Towels were stained– The fridge had rotting food left by a previous guest– The bed covers were visibly dirtyThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I felt disrespected, exhausted, and abandoned. This property urgently needs an inspection and accountability.Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: I didn’t like the doors where they look like they were about to break. There were some doors with locks that didn’t work. It looked pretty fishy.
