Im so Very disappointed.

Liked: Nothing.. Very disappointed.
Disliked: The hotel I stayed at was really smelly. It seemed like they never cleaned the carpet — the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. The sink was broken, the telephone wasn’t working and couldn’t be used, and the water kept cutting off. Even the light was flickering.I also noticed there was renovation going on in the area. My question is: why was I given that room when it had so many issues? It’s really discouraging to stay at a hotel like this.And the breakfast didn’t change the Menu everyday is the same.

The stay was perfect and...

Liked: I reached there on 2nd April 2025. The night auditor working there on 2nd April night was so helpful. 5 Stars for her. The entire property and all the staffs was great and the breakfast was great too. The room is really big also.

After 1 night. I refused...

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Using the Ramada is extremely decieving. This place was an absolute dump. Walls and ceiling were peeling. Electrical sockets were coming off the walls. The beds were extremely worn and you could see the sag in them as soon as you walked in the door.

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The hallways smell so bad... I can even describe the smell, a mix between poop and humidity. All furniture in the room looks very old and damaged like the dresser and end tables. They do not change the towels... our towels were dirty and even little wet. The washroom was poorly cleaned. The location is too noisy at night.
