Disliked: It's very dirty and in poor shape. Staff and managers don't care. I had black ants crawling around the room, and, on me, I found a pill bottle and vape pen under the bed

Disliked: The gross carpets, walls, the loads of dirt and dust behind all the furniture, not cleaned properly everywhere. Way overpriced , never will I stay in a Ramada again, you couldn't pay me to.Clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, sock behind the main door, these housekeepers must be blind, sad really how people take advantage of others

Patience needed

Liked: The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: That they didn't have a debit/credit system yet because of renovation and they didn't call or try to connect to let us know to bring cash to pay for the rooms so we had to drive around to find an atm machine that worked.Also, I asked if maintenance could change a light bulb, and they asked me to change it. I told them politely that was their job. But they had no maintenance staff at that time, so it didn't get changed. At times, the bathroom light was flickering as well. (I believe they are changing over owners and restarting to get things working properly). Doing the best with what they can.

Horrible

Disliked: The staff are horrible. I got locked out of my room an hour before check out. I stood at front desk for 9 mins and no staff was there to fix my card. The when they finally came thy were rude and dint give me any extra time to clean my room and pack

Would not recommended

Disliked: Unclean, run down, stains on carpet and mould in bathroom. Unable to use hanging rails as not secured to walls. Broken light switch which meant the bathroom fan and light was on all night. Had people attempt to enter the room multiple times overnight. Did not feel safe.

Disliked: When we went to check in they informed us that they were in between providers for their credit machines and were not accepting credit or debit cards and it was cash only and offered either a discount or to cancel my reservation . There was no email or any contact to relay this information prior to checking in and ended up having to find a new hotel for my family last minute.

Very Grungy. Should slept in...

Liked: Lots of parking
Disliked: One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Bed frame broken. Pee on the bathroom floor. Glass rings on the night stand. Some sort of liquid was splashed on the door on the inside. Curtains had brown stains.
