Liked: Wifi was goodIt was conviently located to the host hotel for the event I was Attending, I was able to walk to my appointments at the best western plus easily.
Disliked: For the amount I paid and it being a Ramada I was expecting Ramada standards. The property is beside the highway and never quiet, staff don’t speak English, they take full payment up front only credit or cash - no debit option, room was not clean - furniture in room is disgusting and broken - needs replacing, curtains are shredded and discoloured and don’t close all the way, door to the patio doesn’t work that well or lock properly and deck is shared with next room. Bathroom door is poorly patched up and looked like maybe someone kicked it in at some point. The plug near the vanity didn’t work so hairdryer didn’t work, I asked For a new one and they came up with one, removed it from the wall then figured it was the plug, they left the room and never returned or let me know what was going on.Wore sandals in the shower and throughout due to carpets being never cleaned maybe ever. I live In hotels for work and this was like a very expensive roach motel. I kept my bag on hard surfaces only and bought a sheet to cover the bed for sleeping. Smells like mold and dirty feet in the room.Microwave only works intermittently.Truly awful stay.

Disliked: Room was oldDirtyPaint chipping wallpaper falling off. AC had a trigger switch and would not work Wifi would go up and down and kick you off. Rooms upstairs and no elevator

Disliked: I wasn't impressed within the stay in the hotel cause I and my husband got treated disrespectful and got yelled at after we had asked if the hot tub was in action but we got told it wasn't up and running so we got dressed for the pool but even that we got into trouble for going I that as well, and got kicked out cause we were in the pool. We payed for a night that we couldn't get to stay in, so I would and ha e thwright to get my money refunded on what I've payed in cash and on my card, but mostly I would love to get a apology from her cause of her bad actions and addutude that she shown at the time we seen the night we were there

Liked: Location by the highway was convenient, but noisy.
Disliked: HUGE fight upstairs, directly above me. It went on for hours - a man yelling at a woman who was sobbing. I had to call the police. Drug users in the room next to me (police told me)One staff member said I would receive something for one of my nights being so terrible. I work online and had to cancel my morning meetings, as the fight situation wasn't resolved until 4am.The next day, I walked into the reception to find the staff there picking their nose. He told me "things happen" in various words, and nothing was in fact given to me to make up for the horrid night. Breakfast was terrible.
