Good

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and very clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay, but could have used more variety.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff pleasant. Unit clean. Breakfast acceptable.
Disliked: Very run-down not in keeping with my expectations of a Ramada. Ridiculous rates for that level of accommodation

The hotel met our expectations...

Liked: We were very happy with our staff at this hotel. The staff were very professional, the room was newly renovated, the outside pool was good and the complimentary breakfast was more than expected.
Disliked: There is anything we didn't like.
