Liked: Clean and inviting from the outside and reception area. Staff were friendly. My husband had breakfast and he said it was nice. Bed was comfy. Value for money.
Disliked: Our room was cold and we understand it’s on a service station but we got woken up couple of times by lorry’s and people banging doors. There were also a couple of red stains on the carpet.

Disliked: Shower was too hot and couldn’t be altered, I tried and tried.Resident in room above came in at 1pm and every footstep sounded like an elephant’s footstep on a drum. I was awake for ages, floors need insulation big time.
