Liked: The clerk was very friendly and if I hadn't read the reviews, I would have been so confused about the virtual clerk who popped up at the same time. She helped the person who came in after us and it was very distracting hearing two people talking at the same time.
Disliked: There was no clock in our room and my husband had to paper clip the curtains shut (because any cars coming in, their headlights would have shone into our room. My husband also warned me that any cars that didn't stop, would have ended up hitting our bed. There was also a guy shouting across the street and that made me a little nervous. Who would call for help, the virtual lady on the computer??

Liked: Man with clipboard checking off guest and hovering in 12 by 16 room with 8 tables was weird. No bananas, coffee was terrible and juice tasted watered down.

Disliked: The FaceTime person needs to learn to speak English. Couldn’t understand her directions to check out. It was very frustrating! This experience will cause me to stay elsewhere next trip.
