Liked: The check-in process was easy, and the staff were helpful. There is on-site parking. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of room and furniture.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, and the toilet paper roll was already three-quarters used upon arrival. The location also isn’t ideal, as it’s just a stop along the highway.

Disliked: Bag was stolen out of our room. Headache to get it back. Got almost 40 emails regarding our stay,Mostly saying the exact same thing, another headache. Virtual attendant was unhelpful.

Liked: The clerk was very friendly and if I hadn't read the reviews, I would have been so confused about the virtual clerk who popped up at the same time. She helped the person who came in after us and it was very distracting hearing two people talking at the same time.
Disliked: There was no clock in our room and my husband had to paper clip the curtains shut (because any cars coming in, their headlights would have shone into our room. My husband also warned me that any cars that didn't stop, would have ended up hitting our bed. There was also a guy shouting across the street and that made me a little nervous. Who would call for help, the virtual lady on the computer??
