A pleasant night away

Liked: The hotel itself was nice and a good location. The outbuilding was very lovely, warm and nicely decorated for Christmas. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The leisure facilities were okay, but maybe not what you might expect for such a highly rated hotel. A good number of the lockers in the men’s changing room were broken or able to be opened even when locked. There was an empty glass room next to the pool which looked as if it was just being used to store the odd bit of cleaning equipment and it made the place look a little unkept.
