Great one bedroom apartment in...

Liked: Great location, functional and comfortable one bedroom apartment. It had all the kitchen gadgets to make meals. Lovely and helpful staff.
Disliked: It was a bit warm with no heater on. Obviously, we just opened the windows to cool it down (50ish F outside).

Poor

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Rude staff. Charging for internet

Exceptional

Liked: I bring my kids here every Spring Break. It's a very comfortable place! Love the pool and location.
Disliked: Check out at 10:00 is way too early.

Nice place to stay!

Liked: All the staff are nice and helpful! The location is great and the rooms are clean!
Disliked: The only problem is the noise from outside from a fan.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and efficient. Great value for our money. Lots of free parking. Lots of room in our suite. Beds very comfortable. View from the top deck, Outstanding!
Disliked: The manager of the restaurant attached to the Raintree in Blaine. Not a very nice person. My friend found a piece of broken oyster shell in her omlette. She had bit down on it while eating. We mentioned it to the manager. There was no apology and no discount off her order. His answer was,,, Well you finished it, didn't you? We will never go back there again.We did let the front desk at RAintree know, she was very apologetic but informed us there was no connection between that restaurant and the hotel. The restaurant also adds 2.9% on your order if paying with credit card. We were not aware of this until we were billed. Who carries cash anymore???
