Disappointed

Disliked: They charged a resort fee which was not part of the booking terms and conditions. They then reversed the fee. A few days after checkout, they charged the fee again and now are not responding to any of my requests to get this resolved. Secondly, they have still not reversed the security deposit, 2 weeks after my check out

It was overall a great...

Liked: The room was amazing and big and very clean. It felt like a home.
Disliked: Was a little confusing where to go and where everything was and the parking was kinda hard to figure out too.
