Overall just really disappointing. If...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the interior of the room was up to date in décor. The deal I got through Booking.com was great, but I would never have paid full price. The lobby looked very cool, I really liked the décor, it seemed fairly neat, and they had a bunch of board games and couches there.
Disliked: Almost every building is in disrepair, holes in the room, mold in the coffee pot, only tv option was an amazon fire stick so if you don't have an account you can't watch anything. Seemed like most amenities were closed which is likely due to the season and weather. The room was 44 degrees when we got in it. Had to figure out the heat and it took about 2 hours to warm up. Roads and lots need to be maintained. It was built in 1981 and other than the interior of the rooms, has not been updated since. We did not try any food, I'm not even sure what was available, after finding mold in the coffee pot. Also, not enough blankets, just one thin blanket and a sheet. Way too cold for this, especially since we got "upgraded" because the pipes froze in our initial cabin. No one was at the desk, the main building was locked, I had to wait for someone to come over and I wasn't even completely sure it was the right building. Poor signage and directions to the cabins.

Liked: Liked the free upgraded room, it was quiet and peaceful. The location was scenic, and close to the ski resorts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy peasy. Tv worked great. Also, the resort lobby was nicely decorated.
Disliked: The shower started to spray above the shower curtain from above the shower head, getting some of our belongings wet. Then, the water pressure does pretty fast until it was a dribble. Couldn’t shower until the morning. Staff were super understanding & sorry about the situation.

Liked: Nothing!!!!SUCKS!!! The worst experiences I ever had!! It was my husband’s birthday seeking!!
Disliked: We arrived to rainbow mountain and they were closed!! Left outside in snow,rain,we knocked banged on doors kept calling number on entrance door.. nothing ….treated us like stray dogs left outside in 20 degree weather.. had to find another motel $99 a night. Never book with you guys again!!! Loss 375.00 plus motel $99.0
