Liked: The place is close to the niagara falls
Disliked: Dirty, old, smells bad and seems to not be renovated after 1970. Dont go ever.

Liked: Very close to amenities and very nice view
Disliked: Parking is extra. At the motel.

Disliked: Its old but not maintained. Bedsheets seems not changed and soap was old, seemed used.

Liked: I accidently left my purse outside at night near outside table.Property owner knocked on my motel door to tell me.Thankgoodness my wallet and everything was there.Thankyou Rainbow Inn staff.

Liked: The location is close to Fallsview casino. Outdoor swimming. Table outside and seating. You can smoke outside the room. The owners are continuously making good changes and keeping it clean as best expected for customers. Overall the pricing is very good.

Liked: It had a pool and hot tub
Disliked: The room had no towels, the toilet was very wobbly. The room was ok. Needs a lot of updating. Office was very busy and smelled funny. Parking was messed up too.

Liked: The location and the look of the place OUTSIDE as they are doing a nice job, fixing it up.
Disliked: However, the CLEANINESS of the place is a WHOLE DIFFERENT story all together. It wasn't like the hotels were used to going to but for the kind of hotel you know, it was that didn't seem too bad when we first walked in, especially compared to others. We've been to, however, the bed could have definitely been more comfortable. The 1st REAL issue I had was the 2 PUBIC HAIRS that were ON THE TOILET 🚻🚽SEAT when I went to go pee and had to clean it 1st. The 2nd was when we went to use the hot tub later that night (I ALWAYS do my inspection🧐 FIRST🧐 to make sure it was ACTUALLY cleaned and that the cleaners ACTUALLLY did their job PROPERLY) AND THANK GOD I DID BCUS IT WAS DISGUSTING 🫣 😳 😐😒🤨 as there was still a ring around the tub 😮😦and as I continued my inspection🧐, I also found someone's dead skin😧😨😰🤢🤮 or the soap scum from when they used it AND also someones hair in 1 of the upper drains😨😮😯😲🤯🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮😠😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤I understand that sh!% happens sometimes, but THAT IS COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE and ABSOLUTELY 1000% DISGUSTING 🤢🤮🤬 and unfortunately it was too late to have anything done about it so NEEDLESS to say we didn't exactly enjoy our night/stay in Niagara Falls, Ontario at The Rainbow Moror Inn due to the cleanliness and the facts that the next day when I brought it up to the owner and the cleaning lady that was there that day they BOTH just brushed it off. In fact, our alarm didn't go off bcus BOTH of our phones died due to THEIR power going out so we woke up late.
