Dirty af, don’t recommend.

Liked: Literally nothing lol.
Disliked: First off, the office people are rude af. We check in, get into our room, there’s an awful smell. I move the side table over an inch so I can check the mattress for bed begs, wtf do you know, A COCKROACH ON THE BED SHEET along with multiple traces of bedbugs on the mattress. I went to the office to let them know of my findings, I said did you know there’s roaches? He said he’s unsure. I asked if he wanted to see the picture, he said he believed me and declined. I still haven’t gotten a refund. Don’t waste your $50 here because it’s cheap. It’s disgusting.

Good location. Unhelpful staff, room looked dirty and the showers may not work during your stay.

Liked: Best location - right next to fallsview Casino/ many stores and restaurants. Short walk to the falls.
Disliked: The showers did not work in multiple rooms (spoke with another guest there). The rooms looked dirty and everything looked worn out. Staff are not very helpful. I asked when the shower will start working and the older lady who worked there lied and said they're working on it and will let me know. She never did. So I just left and all they did was give me 15% off voucher for the next stay, which I'll probably never use.
