Disliked: Room was mouldy, dirty, very old, a lot of bugs, stuffy ( no ventilation) dusty. Will never ever go there again. And was not with the money we spent.

This is the single worst...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. I am requesting my money back. I did not stay at the motel after I was told to leave or they would call the police. This is after they gave me the motel key. Please see below.
Disliked: I booked this stay at Rainbow Motor Inn in Niagara Falls. However, we were kicked off the property after complaining about decrepit quality of the rooms, and no A/C, which was advertised on the booking.com site. There were many issues with this property:No A/C. The A/C that was there was barely functional, making the room around 30CThe A/C filter looked as if it was from the 70s, this is a health concernThe employee attempted to replace the A/C with another A/C while we were in the room, by tearing it out of the wall then trying to shove in another A/C, which did not work. We were concerned over safety at this pointThe quality of the beds were disgusting, they were yellow, smelled, and with the heat of the room it was unbearable to even sit there for longer than 20 minutesThe sink faucet was falling apartThe showers were in a terrible stateWorst of all, they gave us these two "conjoined rooms", which we did not book. We booked a double-queen room, they gave us two separate rooms, one of which had the A/C problem.When we complained, they wanted to give us the room that we initially paid for, but initially, they claimed that the rooms they had were the only ones available. We requested our money back. They instead threatened to call the police. So we left the property.Honestly it was better driving back at 1AM than to stay here. From my perspective, this is definitely the worst motel I've ever seen.

Don't waste your time

Liked: The location was great, but the actual room was not great. The bugs were enough that nobody actually slept there, but in the car at a rest stop. Total waste of money.
Disliked: Same as above, but without the good part about the location. Step it up, folks. So gross.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was amazing.
Disliked: The hotel didn't offer much and the staff just walked in our room at 11:07 am while I was naked and wouldnt shut the door. So make aure you lock your door or leave at 11 am sharp.
