Liked: Perfect location to let my mom acclimate before heading up to Woodland Park. This is our third stay, once with our dog. They are very chill about pets. There is a sidewalk that leads down to a small river walkway. Nice place to walk the dog. The room was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: The whole place is a bit dated, but it’s very clean and the furniture is good quality; just a little worn. Lots of flowers in planters and hanging baskets. The owners obviously take pride in their property.

Great location

Liked: Location is great. Just a few minutes drive to Garden of the Gods (free entry so you can easily go a few times.) everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again. Did not swim but pool looked nice.

Fantastic value and quality!

Liked: We love this little Mom and Pop Motel. It is perfect for a family vacation! It's quaint and affordable. The cottage overlooking the pool was the best for hanging out with the kiddos.
Disliked: Some things are in need of repair, but the owners and staff are quick to make things right. Could use a few towel hooks and a few added conveniences in the bathroom.

Liked: It was pretty quiet. The location was good,and the owner was friendly.
Disliked: The room looked pretty clean,and the beds were comfortable, but the sheets were a little dirty.

Beautiful and welcoming family run...

Liked: Our second trip to this place and it was amazing. We brought our grandchildren this time. The pool was so nice and clean and the grounds looked wonderful with beautiful potted flowers everywhere. Many updates and improvements made since the first time we visited. They need to update the website and show off the new updates and beautiful flowers and plants added recently. Current photos do not do place justice.
