Liked: I've been here several times. Its our go to when we need to get some mountain vibes! Everyone there is awesome and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The beds are comfortable. The housekeeping ladies are very kind and thoughtful. There are gorgeous mountain views. A short walk away, there is a river and path that runs along it. There is a cute area for dogs to do their business. Every direction you look here There is something. Its well kept. Its not the boring corporate hotel. Its quiet and cozy. Almost like being a guest in someone's house.
Disliked: I do wish there were half curtains so guests can have privacy and let in the sunlight during the day. The light bulbs used are very dim. Which is great to relax at night but it would be nice if the main light was brighter. So to create privacy and still have light come in from the window, we used hair clip claw things and clipped a towel to each side of the heavy drapes to create a half curtain that covered the bottom half of the window. So no one could see in to us. The top of the window was open letting in light and we could see the beautiful view outside offered by Rainbow lodge. There are really tall trees. This place is just so beautiful everywhere you look. Big flower pots full of colorful blooming flowers. Anyway I believe it was the owner, came to us as we were leaving to go shopping, concerned of the towel. I thought she was upset at me and I wanted to show her it was hair clips and no damage was done. Then she said, it just doesn't look good.. I looked up from the outside and she was right! It looked pretty terrible from outside! We didnt think of it that way, because to us we had privacy and a beautiful view of the place! So I took it down ofcourse once I understood the situation. That is the only thing I wish was different. A way to have privacy and still enjoy the view! Everything else is wonderful and I wish them all well and much continued success!

Liked: The motel had a retro vibe and decor that brought back memories. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool looked nice but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it.
Disliked: There was some road noise.

Would stay here again.
