Liked: It was clean and tidy
Disliked: Communication was pretty dismal.TV was not able to get going properly even with the help of People coming to fix it. Did not work properly the whole time we were there. We're told that someone was going to fix it. Never got fixed the whole time we were there.Lightiing was pretty bad which made reading hard to do. Not enough heating

Liked: I arrived when the bar was closing and Heidi directed me to the back apartments. I had Everything I needed. Room is simple & historic which suits me. The housekeeper who let me check out later was the hostess with the mostess. Thank you

Liked: The location. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Mould on fronts of curtains and possibly on the wall, (if not it was a dirty mark). Had to leave room to do the dishes. Had to fill jug in bathroom. Shower silicone was grimmy.
