Exceptional

Liked: Owners were very a very nice couple,very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Room was very clean ,lovely breakfast being gluten free i was very pleased with the selection available.

Nice play to stay

Liked: Nice spot for the Tower Ballroom .Forgot my cuff links but they found some for me which I did appreciate.

Just amazing

Liked: I enjoyed my breakfast , lots of different options ! Great location , 10 minutes walk to the Tower/ city centre / beach

Great stay at the Raffles...

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice extra touches with toiletries. Ian and Janine excellent hosts. Cosy bar. Delicious breakfast.Would recommend to friends.
Disliked: General area around hotel is quite rundown but not the hotel's fault. Easy enough to walk to promenade.
