Perfectly comfortable

Liked: Perfect walking location to Atocha station. A lot of places to visit and eat around. Metro and bus stops really close. A/C perfect for hot summer days. The buffet is simple for breakfast but quite complete. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel first of all. Everything is old there. Needs upgrade. The price I paid didn’t reflect the quality and facilities. The biggest disappointment was the gym. It is a room smaller than the bedroom with only 3 pieces of equipment (old of course). Not even one dumbbell. I was really disappointed. How can they advertise this and include as facility? Beyond. Breakfast was not good either and 17€! There is a cafe just behind the hotel where you get tastier one for less than 8€.

Exceptional

Liked: We only stayed here one night. The hotel was comfortable and the price was reasonable. The hotel has its own restaurant. We enjoyed both dinner there and their buffet breakfast ( breakfast is 15 euros per person and less for children).The location was very near to the Madrid Atocha train station, which worked perfectly for our plans. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and we were able to walk downtown. Overall, we had a great experience.

Liked: Staff, decent sized rooms and working a/c!
Disliked: breakfast was terrible! My kids wouldn't touch it! No real eggs, same hot items day after day... the quality of everything wan't good to the point that it would make it inedible for us.
