Bad

Liked: They didn't honour the reservation done through booking.com. They said there were no rooms and left us high and dry. We were extremely tired coming from Zermatt after being stuck there for 4 days due to natural calamity. This was not expected.
Disliked: The lies of the front office person Helen that there were no rooms.

Very good

Disliked: Cost to take the shuttle back to the airport but you don't pay to take it there. It's 10euro pp

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean and modern. Loved the way the shower is built in the room.

Liked: Clean room, good location close to the airport, restairants, cafe, and supermarket.

Overall our stay was great

Liked: Cleanliness, Location is perfect next to Zurich airport and Rümlang train station which you can walk but there’s also a bus stop about 150m! The staff were awesome as well! Breakfast was great! English breakfast which you don’t find in many places.
Disliked: Nothing much except the parking is expensive!

Poor

Liked: No kettle in the room and to be charged for the shuttle back to the airport is really poor form. Staff were uninterested in us completely. We had to take four children across a busy road to take a local bus to the airport. For an airport hotel this is ridiculous as it is too expensive to take the shuttle back to the airport . Also had to wait nearly half hour to get the shuttle in the first place. Would not recommend this hotel.
