Disliked: No heat. Maintenance had to come turn it onIn the morning you heard 10 different alarms going off, kids and adults conversation and tvs from other rooms.

Liked: The room was a good size for the price and it was within walking distance to knotts berry farm.
Disliked: The facility is extremely run down. My first hint should have been that only one elevator was working but I over looked that because it was so lat when I checked in. Unfortunately when I got to the room it only got worse. There were cob webs everywhere in the hallway, the place looked deserted, and there were roaches and busted doors in the room. Only half of the lights worked, there were stains on the comforters, and there were 2 tvs but only one of them had a remote. I would never stay here again. Avoid at all costs!!

Liked: It was super close to Knottsberry Farm so you could walk.
Disliked: They put us in a room that the air conditioner leaked. Moved us to the only other room available and that also leaked. The air conditioner was broken. The hot tub was slimy and green.

Liked: It was really comfortable and clean. The staffs where really helpful.

Liked: The property has potential to be great.
Disliked: Dirty towels, mold on the shower head, dirty sheets, had a very bad smell.
