Our stay was enjoyable, so...

Liked: Love the beach view and access. There was an electrical problem in our room that staff was glad to be informed of and some other maintenance issues that hadn?t been addressed but we were comfortable and taken care of. All staff were great with customer service.

Clean, good location, but bring...

Liked: The location! The pool and the hot tub were well maintained.
Disliked: The room did not have a microwave. There is one available but only on the 3rd or 15th floor which shared space with the laundry room and that wasn't clean. Breakfast was not included with the hotel rate and hotel beach chairs and lounge chairs were available for a fee.

A good beach vacation

Liked: Beach, pool and hot tub. Great place to relax
Disliked: The property has improved over the last year but still a little tired and could use a few more updates. Pls add a microwave to the rooms.

Clean and great location, but...

Liked: The Hotel is in a great location and has a really nice beach and pool. The kids had a great time here. In the rooms, the furniture was a little tired and worn, but everything was clean and functional. The sofa beds would be rough for adults to sleep on, but the kids didn't seem to mind at all. The views from the balconies are spectacular. And it's nice that the bedroom is separate from the sitting area. The Dining Room was being renovated, so we didn't get to eat there.
Disliked: It's about time for an update to the rooms. The TP holder in the bathroom was loose, the couch in the sitting area had seen better days, and the legs of the other furniture were dented and scratched.

Highly recommend to anyone who...

Liked: The views were stunning and the hotel was very accessible
Disliked: There is no microwave in the room we had to go up two floors to a shared on (weird) and my husband and I used to own a sleep number bed and hated it. It?s a glorified air mattress so to sleep on one here was blah

The sound of that view!

Liked: Pool was nice. Dont understand rooms not having microwaves especially since they are all suites. But we managed just fine. There was one right down the hall. It was so nice having an open door balcony from bedroom and living room oh and the sound of those waves crashing....my my my. Cant beat the price for that!!!!!
Disliked: Good for the price. They should be more careful about keeping the beach gate and the door going out to pool locked. I would swear a hooker approached us!!!
