Superb

Liked: Updated building and room nice.Loved the ocean view.
Disliked: Airvent screen rusted and looked dirty. Needs replacing. Rm 306.

Short

Liked: Loved the location and staff were super friendly. Even at midnight when we checked in.
Disliked: I was aware about the balcony issues when I originally booked the stay a few months ago and was hoping it would be finished. It wasn’t. Which was ehh. I did know about it so was fine with it. It was slightly annoying that we had to walk all the way around the building and couldn’t even cut through the pool area which would have made it slightly easier. When we finally got around we noticed the chairs were locked up. Instead of going back around, renting a chair and coming back around we just left. We didn’t have a lot of time anyway and seemed like too much of a hassle for an hour or so on the beach.

Exceptional

Liked: The view was great I would have loved to set out in the blacany but it’s ok maybe next time and go in the pool that it was also out of order but other then that everything was great

Liked: It was a nice room with a beautiful view
Disliked: The hotel was undergoing renovations and had no amenities and balcony was not accessible to enjoy the ocean view. Also there is not where to purchase items needed except for a few cash only vending machines. I feel the price should have been discounted due to lack of things to do.

Disliked: Family suite is small not spacious feels like a jail cell especially enter your room through a small narrow space like a cave smh and where the bump beds are located in the room was crazy tight spot to move around very narrow not sure why they put bunk beds in the spot it's no walk room u look forward u will kiss the wall in front of the beds that's how tight the space is dmh. The top bunk is so close to the ceiling u will hit it head trying to sit up it's insane. The other room was ok, maybe the regular room is better idk. Good location to see water but we can't access beach from outside of the hotel. Balcony on all rooms was closed and pool and so we couldn't access either. Originally I paid for 2 nights only stayed one night as it wasn't comfortable for a family which it was only my 2 teenage daughters me and my man and infant son. I booked the 2nd night at Hilton Oceanfront LITERALLY right next door u could walk and boy did I LOVEEEEE Hilton. It was everything I was expecting Radisson hotel to be I had a great experience at Hilton and yes this is a real review, I'm sure Hilton doesn't need my help getting bookings lol. Anyway at the Hilton the two rooms that we had were spacious, super clean, I had another ocean view room which was perfect, we were able to access our balcony and pool, the pool was nice and clean it also has a tiki bar by the pool area and your LITERALLY on the beach so u can walk there from the pool. We added a breakfast package to our stay for an extra fee and the food was delicious. My only con at Hilton is I think the breakfast shld be free for the money that your paying but the food was good. I enjoyed Hilton Oceanfront I booked a third night stay and I will be returning. Radisson was ok just was smaller the pictures make it look more spacious. As far as the layout oh jeez smh when u enter the family suite it was disappointing and the baby sink in the kitchen was wobbly, no microwave.
