Disliked: Building and modernising work we new nothing about previously.Facilities were zero not even any cups in the room no coffee facilities no bar or restaurant and no breakfast. Not what I wood expect from a Radisson

Exceptional location, friendly staff

Liked: All of the staff from front desk, maintenance and housekeeping were extremely helpful and friendly. We were greeted with a smile and hello each time we returned to the hotel. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and offered helpful suggestions. Beautiful beachfront location with easy access to the beach. We loved the layout of the family suite with separate bedroom, living room/kitchenette and bunkbeds nook in hallway. Plenty of space.
Disliked: The bed made a loud noise from metal frame underneath each time you moved to one side of the bed and the sheets need upgraded to softer/higher quality. Mattress was fine. Pool needs updated and repaired, but seems like hotel is in the process of making these renovations.

Disliked: Balcony condemned and property under construction. We checked out next day and went to Crowne Plaza for less money and had oceanfront.

Disliked: Airvent screen rusted and looked dirty. Needs replacing. Rm 306.

Liked: Loved the location and staff were super friendly. Even at midnight when we checked in.
Disliked: I was aware about the balcony issues when I originally booked the stay a few months ago and was hoping it would be finished. It wasn’t. Which was ehh. I did know about it so was fine with it. It was slightly annoying that we had to walk all the way around the building and couldn’t even cut through the pool area which would have made it slightly easier. When we finally got around we noticed the chairs were locked up. Instead of going back around, renting a chair and coming back around we just left. We didn’t have a lot of time anyway and seemed like too much of a hassle for an hour or so on the beach.
