Superb

Liked: Had a decent parking garage.
Disliked: Beds were too firm. Pillows not that nice. Our room had a dirty plastic fork on the floor.Fnd white powder on the table next to the TV. Bathroom shower needs updated. Toilet handle you need to jiggle after use. The bathrooms by restrnt no running water

Disliked: The staff was all about them. Didn't really care about checking you into the hotel. They also forgot to give me back my credit card.

Very good

Liked: Troy was very helpful in the evening when we got there.
Disliked: The bed was a little stiff but overall it was a good stay.

Liked: The young mad who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with the door key reader so he immediately got us a new room immediately. The morning manager needs to work on RESPECT
Disliked: Good morning manager was extremely rude and condescending and took away or late check out and said we had 30 minutes to get out he was extremely unprofessional

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: It is very old and far away from Raddison chain quality. Room was like motel. AC did not work well also. Plus they block 100% of room value as deposit.

Liked: Nothing staff lied to us multiple times and werent willing to refund our money even when we left 45 min after getting our keys because room was a mess bed wasnt made etc.
Disliked: Its a decent hotel but the room was disgusting which matched the employees service
