Great pre cruise vacation hotel...

Liked: Location, layout of the hotel, the gym and the pool were nice. I liked the room itself. The food at the restaurant was great and the prices were reasonable.
Disliked: I have very few complaints but I needed a new room key once because apparently these room keys are deactivated if placed near a phone or wallet which I’ve never seen anywhere else. The guy at the front desk scolded me about it. Luckily I was on vacation, didnt care, or I would have been sarcastic back to the guy. It was a minor issue overall. I also got billed for parking that I didn’t use. So I had to get that credited back.

Liked: Typical hotel stay. Nothing special.
Disliked: The room was way overpriced, but I understand Cape Canaveral is a big tourist trap to begin with. Won't be staying here again.

Disliked: We stayed here because of the Disney cruise. We have paid and booked for the shuttle bus from the hotel. Not only the bus was 30 minutes late. When the shuttle arrived, the driver told us he can only take 2 people! The staff had no backup plans!! There were about 15 passengers standing at the lobby not knowing what to do. The manager told us it will take about/maybe/perhaps another 45 minutes. At the end, we managed to get on the bus with sweat and tears. This hotel really ruined our trip.
