Disliked: I requested a print of the receipt, but at first the staff refused because I booked through a third party. However, he eventually helped me. I want to bring to the attention of the management that the payment confirmation provided by the booking site only proves the paid hotel days, not the stay itself. For those of us who travel for work and need reimbursement, we usually have to present a payment confirmation with proof of stay. This is why the receipt provided by the receptionist at checkout is the perfect document, as it shows the checkout date and the transaction. Please don't alienate a section of your customers by refusing to print this receipt. All these transactions are also recorded in your hotel's point of sale system (they should be to be included in your accounting), so printing them out should be feasible. Telling the customer to ask booking.com for this receipt just adds unnecessary red tape for your customer.

Decent stay for the price....
Liked: The location was good. The property was clean. Rooms were clean stocked with extra towels. The property including the rooms are modern up to date. The breakfast portions are huge. The bartender was extremely friendly and she was very, helpful checkout was easy had the option to checkout on my phone.
Disliked: Checking in took long. They had 2 kiosks and was only using one. I was put in a ADA room without my knowledge. I honestly would have preferred a non ADA room. No real comforter on the bed.

Disappointing
Disliked: It said there was free parking. Got there found no parking and the only options we had was to pay for a parking ramp or pay for free parking. Dont false advertise.

Loved everything besides no parking
Disliked: We didn’t like that we picked this hotel because it showed parking available to hotel guests online, but when we arrived we had to pay for parking every 4 hours.
