Great place to stay!

Liked: Excellent staff, clean and modern rooms, and the beds were sooooo comfortable! The location was great making walking to the concert, bars, and restaurants convenient.
Disliked: Parking, there is no parking so valet parking would be a great option.If the lounge would be open a little later on Fridays and Saturdays.

Disappointing Stay at Radisson Red...

Liked: The rooms were clean and convenient.
Disliked: The staff was blatantly rude and uncaring.Other guests were loudly drunk and disruptive throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night's rest.Despite multiple complaints, the hotel team did nothing to address the noise.Basic amenities were lacking; the TV remote in my room was missing batteries.Any request for assistance or service was met with indifference, showing a lack of commitment to guest satisfaction.The overall experience has deterred me from staying at any Radisson hotel in the future.

Disliked: No parking available, found out at time of check in. Staff at front desk gave poor service, lack of communication. TV in room did not work, did not want to go through the staff to troubleshoot/fix.
