Liked: Location to airport
Disliked: Check in took 45 mins due to room not ready. This was at 7pm and the room should be available from 3pm. Was asked to sit in bar eventually.Visited restaurant was seated and after 30 mins left as no one came to take drink or food order.

Disliked: Corridors were too long before getting to the room

Disliked: Have to say say the staff Initial check in was great Thereafter our treatment was appalling We booked an Exec room but the key we were given didn’t work in the lounge The staff member seemed to take great delight in saying she couldn’t let us in as the key hadn’t been activated and we then we had to go all the way back to reception to get it recalibrated (this was after we had travelled miles) She seemed annoyed we came back up and was curt but obviously made us drinks Girl on the desk to change the key was so rude it was staggering Bar staff seem very de motivated and unhelpful The hotel seems to have a culture & morale issue Really was bad
