Second time we have stayed...

Liked: Rooms were a really good size and nicely decorated
Disliked: Restaurant was very expensive for what it was but they have a captive audience.

Best Option close to T2...

Liked: Beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff very attentive and superfriendly, great international menu in restaurants and spacious rooms, prefetch for a layover or early flight start
Disliked: Nothing

This was a disappointing start...

Liked: Great location , spacious and very clean.
Disliked: Advertised through booking.com as a family room with the option of 2 double beds( I have this confirmed on 2 emails). Was told when we arrived that a family room with 2 double beds ‘does not exist’ . No apology just a statement. My adult daughter had to sleep in a ‘bunk bed’ I would NOT have booked this hotel if 2 double beds were not available.

Liked: Great location near the airport. Room was ready early.

Overnight at Radisson Red. Heathrow

Liked: The location, the room size, bathroom well equipped and modern. Tea and coffee making facilities were great and free water.
Disliked: Communication was terrible. I asked three times for two single beds and despite the hotel being huge, we ended up with one bed. I was travelling with my grown up son! As a result I had a terrible sleep. We checked in late with a machine and ticked agreeing with all the terms and conditions so could not complain. Very disappointed.
