Disappointing
Liked: Decent sized & tidy room, good location.
Disliked: We arrived back from our holiday with a parking notice after we paid for parking. Spent hours on the phone & emails trying to fix the issue. We have asked for confirmation that the issue is fixed via email with no response.

Disliked: No check in staff no answer to the phone room service was absolutely deadful and overpriced even for LondonRequested cot 3 times.. no cot Requested clean towels .. no towelsFront counter and support staff non existent

Liked: Room.was nice and clean
Disliked: Someone walked into my room whilst I was sleeping. I complained to the front desk but have not heard anything so far from the customer service team. The same happened to a friend who was also staying at the hotel on the same night.

Exceptional
Liked: Good spacious room for a family of 4.. can't complain
Disliked: Self check in required all guests to be listed.. this had made the check in process longer than normal for a family of 4. This could be simplified to allow for a quick check in instead of hanging around waiting in the lobby

Bad management
Liked: The rooms were very nice. They were clean and a good size.
Disliked: The booking in process was appalling. There was a queue to the door and one man doing his best. There were self checking booths, but they were so complicated that nobody could work them out. I asked why we had to wait 30 minutes to check in at 22.45hrs, and the ridiculous excuse was that it was the shift change. You would expect a new team member to just take over a desk, but that's too easy. The old ones left early, and the new ones came late. Bad management!!!
