Comfortable, cozy and clean. Lovey...
Liked: Parking was easy, and free. Hotel staff were superb. Very professional and helpful. Location for the O2 very good. Room was clean, compact but very well thought out. Iron add ironing board provided. Plenty of storage. Lovely shower. Bed was comfortable, though a tad soft for me.
Disliked: This is a hotel for travellers, workers. I would have liked to see some toothpaste (we forgot to bring). We had one t-bag each and 4 small milks. Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room as well as a couple of biscuits. There were no tissues. Its the little touches that make your stay memorable.

Good hotel if you’re just...
Liked: Location for the o2 was good. Hotel was clean and had free parking.
Disliked: We booked with breakfast but the hot breakfast selection was poor. We struggle to order any food in the afternoon s as no again in the evening. No room service.

Disliked: The room floor was dirty, and there was a sock covering the smoke detector!!!

It should either be cheaper...
Liked: Good location. Only two bus stops away from the O2 Arena.
Disliked: Given the price paid, I definitely expected more, but it was a poor experience throughout.Upon check-in:- Messy desk. New employee hadn't clearly been trained well. No information about breakfast given, even though included in our rate.Room and facilities:- Low level of cleanliness, which is not surprising as I saw how the staff hoovered. I would suggest maybe cleaning the whole of a surface, not just the central part.- One small bar of soap for two people. No shower gel/shampoo. When I asked about this, first I was told that there was a supply chain problem. Then, from another member of staff, I was told the cleaner must have forgotten to replace it. Whichever the truth, we never got what we needed. Which is just as well, anyway, as there was no water pressure to speak of in the shower.Upon check-out:- Barely a sideways glance. Not been asked how my stay was. Again, just as well.

Nice hotel in modern environment,...
Liked: The hotel is freshly builded or renovated, but some spots are already worn out, for example elevator, restrooms on ground floor or furniture at the room.The bed was comfy, the room is big enough, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, doing everything to comfort us upon our early arrival - thank you very much!
Disliked: We had consistently lack of towels, two days in a row - just 1 big towel for two people.. We needed to ask reception for that. As well we missed 1 cup on the second evening - again, it was brought to us in a moment after request at the reception.
