Liked: Excellent service , very helpful staff both at the front desk and restaurant.

A great stay to end...

Liked: Located a bit further away from the airport proper, but easy to reach and served by a great shuttle service. Modern decor, great ambience. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Disliked: Only negative was - there didn't seem to be enough staff on duty for dinner at bar.

Convenient, but food let it...

Liked: Convenient for the airport. Reception and lounge were really nicely decorated and reception staff were brilliant! Room was funky, although very dark!
Disliked: Restaurant food choice was limited and the quality of the food was really quite poor. Mac and cheese seemed like it was out of a packet and the burger tasted really low quality.

Liked: Room was lovely, bed was comfy, staff at reception were really helpful in helping me check in and out. We used to the hotel to stay in as we were partying in London and it was a lovely stay
Disliked: Not so much I didn’t like about the property, I would’ve just loved a view of the runway, but that’s not a complaint at the hotel, I just like planes!

Disliked: We had room 237 and 1. The shower flooded the bathroom as it wasn't draining 2. Lighting in bathroom mirror no good to use for shaving or make up. Too dull3. No proper lighting in bedroom near a mirror to dry my hair
