Radisson RED Hotel Vienna

Superb

Liked: Location was great, very handy with subway beside. Only a couple of stops to city centre. Room was spotless and the girl that was on reception (didn't get her name) was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Lighting in room a little dim other than that it was great !

Disliked: A beautiful location poorly managed. In my opinion, the manager should be replaced. The staff is very friendly but untrained, and there is chaos in the system.

I had a wonderful stay...

Great location

Liked: Super location, city is accessible by foot. It's very clean and comfortable. The sit-in window is a lovely feature.
Disliked: There is no main light in the room. Parking is a tad expensive.

Good rooms and location- most...

Liked: Nice sized, comfortable rooms with all the amenities you would expect. Good location- lots of little restaurants nearby to try and not too far of a walk from all the main action.
Disliked: Reception staff at the hotel were rude, cold and unhelpful (especially the manger.) Breakfast room staff seemed constantly stressed and were bickering which made for a bit of a tense experience. I must say the staff at the rooftop bar were lovely- relaxed, warm and friendly.
