lovely staff, great room &...

Liked: the decor was lovely & the location was super easy and right next to the train station.
Disliked: nothing in particular, was rather pleased with the stay.

Honest review.

Liked: Great central location. Nice rooms, spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. Temperature control in the room was a great addition. The staff were very friendly. Taxi rank is right beside the hotel.
Disliked: I could hear the rumbling sound from the trains late at night due to the station Being beside the hotel.Air conditioning seemed to be on in the bar area later in the evening making it unpleasant to sit for a chat and a night cap.Staff appeared under pressure during the evening time in the bar & food area due to shortage of staff - remand pleasant & professional.
