GORGEOUS hotel ideally located.

Liked: The hotel is ideally located literally right next door to Lime St Train Station. The decor is GORGEOUS and you get the feeling that you are definitely staying at a 5 star hotel. The staff at check-in were fast and let us drop off our bags as we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and again, the decor was great. Everything we needed was in the room, from toiletries to hair dryer, tv and coffee maker. It was such a great experience we have already booked this place for our next trip to Liverpool going soon!
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely hotel, fab location. Modern...

Liked: Very handy for Lime Street station and all attractions. Loved having room either view of St George's Hall however on floor 5 I had to stand on tiptoes to look out the window. Next time will ask for room on 4th floor.
Disliked: Windows on 5th floor high for us shortys

Very good

Liked: Great location right beside lime street station and no noise from trains. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and all toiletries provided. Decor of the hotel is fabulous and all very modern.
Disliked: The noise of the toilet was horrendous the toilets are suction and the noise can be heard loudly in main bedroom. Not great during the night.
