Radisson RED Hotel Liverpool

Exceptional

Liked: Location from Lime Street Station perfect.Also perfect for Theatre .Beautiful interior with lots of character.Rooms had all modern facilities spacious bathroom.
Disliked: The only negative was there is no hand rail inside the hotel entrance which has a lot of steps.However they do provide a small lift accessible from the outside pavement.

Happy overall

Disliked: Room was a little small not much storage for hanging clotheS

Pleasant

Liked: We’ve stayed at Radission RED several times when going to the theatre. My mum is 82 so it’s a nice comfortable stay in easy walking distance to the theatre. Staff are amazing, and the lady clearing up the dishes at breakfast time was so lovely - she even offered to get my mum her breakfast so she wasn’t struggling.
Disliked: The only downfall this time is the change to the menu in the restaurant for afternoon/evening meals. We sat down with plans of having ‘Scouse’ which was always amazing at this hotel and it was no longer on the menu. The menu no longer has traditional meals and it was so limited in choice. We were that disappointed we left to go and eat somewhere else.
