Very good hotel & staff...

Liked: All good no problems
Disliked: Drinks were a fortune We were put in easy access rooms last second & breakfast was dire , scrambled eggs freezing and eggs Benedict like runner but taken off bill so fair enough

Ideally located for our visit...

Disliked: Having to pay extra for Parking but happens a lot these days

Liked: The overall appearance of the hotel was very clean and modern. The building layout was very simple and gave a secure feeling.
Disliked: I will never understand the need to pay for parking when staying in a hotel of this standard. I totally disagree with needing to pay the extra charge but…

Liked: Good location and we had a room overlooking the hydro which was lovely.
Disliked: I didn’t think the breakfast was particularly worth the money, but appreciate not everyone may feel the same.
