Second time staying excellent location

Liked: Sky bar
Disliked: Asked if we could have a window seat when someone else moved but the member of staff said she would get back to us and never did then showed someone else to the seat

Convenient we thought of trying...

Liked: Location and being newish
Disliked: The breakfast was dire we went at. 0730hrs and was very little out plates of empty cheese meats no croissants I had to ask which took 30 min also our plates wasn’t taken , shame really

Liked: check in, cleanliness, location were all very good. front of house staff excellent.
Disliked: when arrived at 830pm despite no of staff in restaurant service really slow, choice and quality of food was below average for high price. there was party on upstairs floor resticting access to the skybar but noise permeated through hotel until 1am disturbing sleep.

Liked: The decor, the hotel looked great and the location was brilliant
Disliked: Booked for a family of 3.But then had to request another bed.The room only had the standard one bed.

Liked: Staff were fantastic, room and view brilliant. Would highly recommend and will be back
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. Couldn’t sleep just felt bed was too hard but everything else was fantastic
