Not the greatest stay in...

Liked: Close to the OVO arena for a show we were attending.
Disliked: Omg the price of the hotel for being a budget hotel was insane, we stayed there as was vey clear to our venue and I didn’t know it was a budget hotel when I booked it. The bar staff was lovely but kitchen closes at 9pm so not good or room service. We were told if we’re guest of the hotel we can order a deliveroo and eat at the bar by the girl that was like a security staff, we did that and then she came to our table and said we can’t have food that is from outside, we were done with our meal so we didn’t not argue , this was happening after restaurant was closed and we were told by herself that we can get a deliveroo if were guests! Definitely will not use again!

Liked: Room was excellent and staff were very helpful. The pizza restaurant is one of the best i have ever had.I stay in hotels at least 3 nights a week all over the country and this was one of the best.
Disliked: breakfast was not well organised. Had to ask for cutlery and condiments. Hot food selection needed replenishment (0830).Hot drinks section could be better laid out, couldn't find sugar or teaspoons.

City stop over

Liked: Bright room with super view of the Hydro. Good tea and coffee amenities. Lovely rain shower. Wonderfully comfy bed but firmer pillows needed.
Disliked: Sink stopper was broken so a bit frustrating when washing. Air conditioning a little ineffective and could do with being cooler than 16C.
