Nice stay in Brussels

Liked: Nicely located just next to European Parliament, comfortable, very good breakfast. Few small touches which make your stay comfortable like LED light going on when you go to the restroom at night.
Disliked: The door to our room did not close properly, so the room was open after the staff cleaned it. It is supposed to be fixed now though

Liked: I have been here plenty of times, usually for combing work and.visiting some friends. And I will be back .So trust me: it's the best! Not in the least because of the very kind staff. One of the only hotels where you feel at ease and which is not overly formal like many are, but is still stylish.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The room was charged although I canceled the room by phone the same day that I booked it.

Liked: We didn't have breakfast with them. Though, the room and stay was awesome.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have breakfast included.
