Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location, extremely helpful staff in the reception, very good facilities. They gave us the rooms well in advance as requested, which is rare in most properties. We will come back.
Disliked: No issues.

Liked: Excellent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival Bashar Israwi facilitated an earlier check-in. He was friendly and very patient and polite with all the guests checking in and out or having other issues as well. We were also provided with valuable information for our stay in Brussels. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was super friendly, especially Romaine, who made us feel at home.

Liked: Great service, staff was very friendly and helpful, great room service , hotel is well equipped for families with young kids' activities, breakfast was a good mix, beds were very comfortable
Disliked: Showers are built very strange, water leaks to the floor.
