Never staying at a Radisson...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: I was quite disappointed with the staff. Had a rude staff member check me in, and wasnt friendly or polite and kept jamming my debit card into various eftpos terminals because they had some issues on their end.The room key cards weren't working atleast three times. We had a menu card in our room describing what was in the mini bar, only to find that the minibar wasnt even stocked. There was absolutely nothing in there. Ive stayed at Radisson in other parts of the world and the quality there was just exceptional which is what made me want to stay here this time, but for the price I paid for 2 nights I actually would have found something much more nice in Melbourne. For what we paid, the hotel was well below average. I will never be staying at a Radisson again.

Liked: Receptionist who changed my room on book in she was amazingBreakfast staff she was fantastic remembered where I liked to sit and order of poached eggs
Disliked: Room was not fully cleaned - no replacement of tissues - when I rang to have these placed someone arrived to empty my bins instead - did not get my tissues
