Liked: Position is fantastic. Staff were really helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: I only wanted tea and toast so $30 for continental breakfast was expensive. TV was not working properly... I only wanted to watch football first night so not a big deal.

Liked: Room was clean and bed comfy but the door was faulty, got back one day after the room had been cleaned and the door wasn’t closed

City escape with relaxed friendly...

Liked: Great location with trams nearby and short walk to the Vic markets. Room size very generous with good fittings and extras. Everything was clean and bed was comfy. Quiet location with nice view of Flagstaff Park. Room service was delicious and staff outstanding, super polite and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing, this has been one of the best places I have stayed in Melbourne, would highly recommend.

Disliked: We tried to order room service but they keep telling us to call different line and at the end they rudely told spoke to us while they could tell us nicely that they are bit busy and will get back to us.
