Great location with lovely staff,...

Liked: Good location, lovely friendly staff, lovely free water in the lobby. Value for money was good.
Disliked: The bathtub was stained and dirty. The hotel and rooms (except the lobby) felt very outdated and dirty, and the curtains had stains.

Liked: The value for money was very good. It would be a low end 4 star hotel given it is aging a bit but if you aren’t going to be in your room a lot this is a good option.
Disliked: Some facilities like the spa were not available

Liked: The hotel was very clean and in a great location. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Liked: Loved the Location, centrally located, beautiful garden opposite to the property, quite a calm place.
Disliked: The rooms looked a bit old and needed renovation

Liked: It was easy to get to the cbd and skybus station. The staff were friendly .
Disliked: The room needed updating . The bathroom tiles were not clean and the shower taps were loose on the wall . The carpet was dusty and the curtains needed fixing . Noisy neighbours due to poor soundproofing .
