Superb

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious and clean.The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing.
Disliked: Downside was that only one lift was working so we were waiting for a long time.

Fine

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk was rude and not accommodating.

Nice stay in Miami

Liked: It was conveniently located and had parking (although a bit expensive). The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind.
Disliked: The cost for receiving packages and parking is very high. Other than that, no complaints.

Great location, spacious but okay...

Liked: Rooms are spacious, interiors are super nice. The location is excellent right on the beach with cute restaurants close by - even the poolside pizza is surprisingly good!
Disliked: Rooms aren't cleaned throughly - there is a lot of sand, food waste and hair from the previous stay. Staff is okay - not super warm or friendly. Booked us super expensive cabs despite us telling them to book regular cabs they kept booking us chauffeur driven huge cars - we didnt wanna pay 83$ for a 20 mins ride when it cost us 40$ to get to hotel from the airport. Imagine!! And these came without a car seat despite them knowing we were travelling with a child.

Liked: Pictures of the room look better then rooms are in real life. Bed was extremely firm, pillows are small and cheap, cover on the bed just awful. Location was great though, but for the price paid, it was lacking quality

Weather was lovely, hotel was...

Liked: Located close to the beach. Nice, warm swimming pool. Brandon the bartender is very friendly & helpful. Two really good restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: The girl who checked us in was extremely rude, dismissive & unhelpful which really put us off. Other than the two restaurants not much is close by.

Not suitable for children

Liked: Housekeeping team very friendly they went above and beyond to make sure we had our coffee replaced and clean towels.
Disliked: Restaurant was poor menu options even for breakfast, very expensive for a very poor food. The service is bad and they rushed us to choose our food because they were very busy with other tables (I had 2 small children with me, which is self explanatory why we needed a bit more time). Front desk staff at first were not very happy to help, I had requested a crib the whole day was not in my room, I had to go downstairs during bedtime to request again, it felt every time we requested something we were annoying them. I had discussed with one of the ladies about a late checkout, which she initially said that was not possible, then on the other day we were told, that is possible. The same lady on the other day managed to get us a late checkout. It felt they were not happy to be there and I felt I us asking for favours and not paying for a service. Additionally, swimming pool is for grown ups as it is very deep. 2.7m deep, for small children they have like just at the beginning of the pool to play, it was very clustered and stressful experience.
