Liked: It The hotel was situated near the beach. The maid who cleaned our room provided exceptional service every day, and the room was well-appointed.
Disliked: The restaurant staff exhibited a lack of friendliness and customer service, which was a significant disappointment. The absence of a washer and dryer was an inconvenience. I was able to relocate to a neighboring hotel, but it only accepted quarters, and neither that hotel nor the Radisson had such facilities. This situation was highly inconvenient. Additionally, the bartender stationed by the pool failed to engage in any conversation with me and instead spent time discussing her dissatisfaction with her job with the security guard. This behavior was highly unprofessional.

Food and facilities were good

Liked: Breakfast was very good, good location only problem was with valet parking, too expensive and take time. They didn’t give a pool view room even my booking through booking.com was pool view
Disliked: Staff at registration was not polite, were trying to charge for everything even though they were pre paid.Had to argue to remove those double charges
