Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No breakfast included in price as many other hotel chains do.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, quiet and safe. The fixtures/decor was l updated and modern, with a cozy feel. The room was clean and convenient.
Disliked: The towels/face cloths need to be replaced, with hanging threads on them and "worn out" look. The mattress was not comfortable, woke up in the night with sore backs. The shower did not have a sliding door and had a narrow opening to get in and out.

Very nice stay and nice...

Liked: I did not purchase the breakfasts but they let me have a muffin and coffee without charge.
Disliked: Just would have been nice to be able to get some more foods without leaving the building though there was a nice restaurant very nearby. But it was too cold to walk there!!

Bad

Liked: The room was really dirty, we walked with h our white socks, finished all gray.
Disliked: Not inside pool, I asked if you can set up the outside fire they had told me not. Staff really not friendly. My TV room was not working, I asked to fix never came. I asked a cup to take my coffee in the morning, they told me al guest stole them so we can’t provide one.
