Enjoyable

Liked: Central location, clean, good value and excellent staff
Disliked: Drinks and food prices £33 for a bottle of wine poor value for money

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful - remarkably so. My sister has mobility issues and they could not have been nicer in helping me to get a parking space (the disabled ones were full) and just made us feel properly welcome and as if they actually cared. It’s a shame but it’s unusual to be made to feel like this - usually you feel like a problem!! Everything else about the hotel was good including the breakfast. All interactions were good with staff.
Disliked: The lift situation is slightly odd but OK. For our room you had to go to floor 1 and then change lifts to floor 4.

Liked: The location was excellent,room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean just a little bit on the small side but it was ok, had kettle and hairdryer and staff were good.
