Great location and view

Liked: Location, view across the city to the Minster (4th floor river view), on-site parking, air conditioning (when we got it switched on)

Great location, nice city, plenty...

Liked: Location . Air conditioning in hotel.
Disliked: Car park full on arrival. Television only had 4 working channels. Dirty windows on the outside. Spoilt view by fans and pigeons so unable to open the windows if we wanted to. Hand rail in shower appears loose.

Liked: Shud have told u I wheelchair user to get lower floor. Stay when visiting as convenient. Been in rain, floods & now heatwave!

Liked: Well decoratedAir conditioningEasy to walk into townLots of great local restaurants
Disliked: Showers- there was only an overhead rain shower and no separate hose. Not great for washing long /thick hairCar park- was regularly fullBreakfast food quality not the bestFitness room had very little equipment and strong sewage smell

Sightseeing with my great nephew.

Liked: The bed was SO COMFORTABLE - best night's sleep I've had in years!! Perfect location, lovely staff, food was delicious, and the gin was fantastic!!
Disliked: Coming home.
