Liked: Great location downtown
Disliked: The fridge was not plugged in, the cold water in the bathroom was turned off and the toilet had a continuous drip the whole time and was unable to fix it

Liked: Close to the venue where we had tickets to.
Disliked: Very busy street. Many homeless folks looking for money right outside the hotel.

A clean and comfortable stay,...

Liked: Great location to attend an event at the Canada life centre, I was on crutches and still able to attend the event with minimal disruption and discomfort. The skywalk over to Canada Life Centre made it much easier and more accessible

Liked: The location
Disliked: There was mold on the tiles in our shower. We bought 4 buffet tickets. We went at 9:00 on Sunday and it was very understaffed. Every empty table was dirty, no cutlery on the tables, no salt and pepper etc. The first 4 plates were dirty. We felt bad for the two ladies that were working. Between bussing tables and getting coffee etc, they were out numbered. We decided not to go to the buffet on Monday.
