alright in a crunch, but...
Liked: I like the location, close to everything
Disliked: security is terrible. Literally watched a fight outside the front doors, and security did nothing. The radisson is this area has really gone down hill, with all the vagrants hanging around, the dirty sidewalks out side the doors.

Extremely disappointed. We’re not welcomed,...
Liked: Quiet room. Corner room as requested- no notification of extra cost.
Disliked: *We were overcharged significantly- much more than the set Booking.com rate. When we followed up, front reception person was curt. *My husband requested breakfast be included to bridge this gap a little-no!*Room air con unable to be used with the remote control.* No safety rail to climb into the high bath tub.

Great stay, exceeded our expectations
Liked: This stay exceeded our expectations. It was a very comfortable and beautiful room with great views. Very clean bathrooms and rooms. The breakfast was really good. The check in and checkout was very easy and smooth, and staff friendly and helpful. It’s a great pet-friendly hotel, we had our cat traveling with us and she also enjoyed it and felt relaxed.
Disliked: Nothing

Passable
Liked: Loved being downtown, and we were on the 21st floor so we had great views of the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many options and a pleasant surprise, as we expected it to be like the usual hotel fare.
Disliked: There were some pros and cons to our stay. The staff were professional, though not especially warm, and we received a “package” upgrade at check-in that included only two breakfast vouchers—even though there were three of us, which felt a little odd. The room itself was quite small and a bit tight for three people plus a cat.But the most frustrating part was the window situation. While the sheer curtains could be opened and closed like normal, the blackout curtains were purely decorative—fixed in place and couldn’t be drawn shut. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was a first. If both layers had been decorative, I might have chalked it up to a design choice, but the sheers were on a functioning rod—so clearly the option was there. Unfortunately, the bright morning sun poured in and woke all of us far earlier than planned. A small but surprisingly impactful detail, particularly when traveling with two teens.
