Very good

Liked: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The free airport shuttle service was prompt.
Disliked: The hotel looked a bit tired. One of the two elevators was out of order during our stay.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Very nice staff. Comfortable and quiet and good location. Paul and Ken the drivers were really helpful. Paul gave us a good restaurant recommendation.
Disliked: One of the lifts was out of order
