Radisson Hotel Toronto Airport West

Nice hotel, close enough to...

Liked: We've never stayed in a room that has a fireplace before, but this was a nice touch! The hotel was close enough to the airport without the chaos of the airport! We only stayed one night but it was pleasant enough and we enjoyed the room and the facilities offered. The parking is free. St Louis Bar and Grill was a short walk down the street. Easy access to the 410 and 401 highways.The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was better value for money than some of the others nearer the airport.We will look to stay here again next time.
Disliked: There wasn't anything really that we didn't like. The hotel was as-expected and offered good value-for-money.

Disliked: The food at the restaurant was very ordinary the one time we tried the restaurant. Had all our food outside thereafter

Poor

Liked: Staff were very polite and when I had issues, someone came up to my room quickly.
Disliked: The Jacuzzi tub was not cleaned properly and pubic hair was floating in the tub when I filled it. Then when I went to the shower to wash everything off, I had no hot water. I had to call guest services and they had to move me to another room.

Disliked: Kind of far from the heart of the city, but closed to the airport, in case you need it.
