Liked: Was reasonably priced for an airport hotel, though very confusing because there are 3 Radisson hotels near Zurich airport. Don't take the Radisson shuttle bus (like I did) as you end up at the wrong hotel and then need to take a taxi back to the right one. But if you can find and use the light rail that is the way to go.
Disliked: The self check in after a very long flight, asking for too much compulsory personal data and even having to make your own room key. I did not get a wifi password code so had to go back down to reception to ask for one.

Liked: The hotel is very large and economical, with complete kitchen facilities.
Disliked: Firstly, there is no parking space or even a temporary boarding and alighting area at the entrance, only a dedicated spot for large buses. There are many hotel rooms, and the parking conditions for boarding and alighting are too poor. Our driver only stopped for a while and was helping us move in when the police came to issue a ticket to the driver. Secondly, hotels offer self-service check-in, which can be cumbersome and unfriendly to the elderly. Thirdly, after booking this hotel, the hotel always sends a lot of emails and requests. Along the way, we are busy traveling and it is very inconvenient to handle these procedures. Overall, the hotel is large and affordable, but the service interface is not user-friendly enough.

Liked: Everything was perfect,the facilities,the check in and check out process,you have all you need in one place, perfect choice for longer stays as the kitchen is well equipped
Disliked: The location is a little bit away from the center,the pillows are not very comfortable,
