Disliked: Elevated price but this was due to it being around the time of the eclipse The place they suggested for breakfast wasn't great, so we decided to go somewhere else nearby.

Liked: We got the king size room with tub facing the falls. Absolutely beautiful
Disliked: Air conditioner wasn’t working properly and electrical was awful. Also not king size pillows. They really need to get better pillows

Disliked: Facility FeeI consumed one bottle of water and used a while of wifi(I have data roaming of my own). You charged me 4 ％ for facility fee. Okay, you may think that I was my fault for not reading your rules clearly when I got in. But, you should charge me for one day only. After I learnt of the fee. You should let me to decide using the facility or not.Your staff also told me there were only 2 bottles of free water provided in the room, no more refilled no matter how long I stayed I think such a big name hotel should not earn money in such a dirty way.
