Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport

The hotel was pretty and the staff was pleasant. However, I dont think the stay was worth the price I paid. I asked for a wake up call which I did not recieve the morning I requested, but did the next day - when I didn't want it. Our toilet clogged up, the heater in the room would bang everytime the fan stopped, and I was surprised to see holes in the towels. I do not think I will be staying there again.

Convenient to airport and rental...

Liked: The hotel has been renovated and has modern decorations. Lobby is bright and welcoming. There are several restaurants convenient to the location that are within walking distance or stay on-site with a full bar. The pool is new with all amenities available and nice sitting area in the green space with an oversized fire-pit. The king-size room was quiet and well appointed overlooking the Greenspace. We are happy the vents don't blow towards the bed! The tub and shower combo with handheld was great!The staff were friendly and very helpful. Shuttles are available to the departure terminals for a fee. This location is perfect to return your rental car early, take the free rental facility airport shuttle back, and walk back to the hotel on a safe sidewalk. No stress!
Disliked: Rooms could have a couch instead of a chair, and the TV should be on a pivotal arm. Otherwise, it's a great place!

Disliked: Beds were horrible! This is the first time we have had this happen here but all of us were hurting by morning as bed too soft though we stayed in queen this time verses king bed . Staff so so at front desk visiting while we all waited after a long trip last thing you want to do is stand and wait to check in when staff are talking
