The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were absolutely no problems with anything.

Disliked: The hot tub wasn't hot. However, we went in the morning so maybe it just hadn't warmed up yet.

Disliked: 1) Well first they tried to charge me twice after lying and saying I was paying a deposit after I paid via booking.com when I booked the room and then they forgot that they refunded me and slipped another bill under my door2) it took several hours and five phone calls to first get people to understand what a crib was and we only got one because we refused to accept that this hotel of all hotels just doesn’t have one and guess what it actually did wow3) literally the coasters tell us to enjoy the complimentary tap water? Also my room was beside a complimentary kitchen I did not have access to which was nice 4) I spent way to much of my life in those elevators what is up with that they have some sort of weird thing going on where they’d just go to whatever floor in no order or something 5) truly the most awful coffee from both the cafe where I paid for it and from the stuff in the room like abysmal 6) the waterslide hurts 7) my tiny car almost got stuck several times in the parking garage but that might be me

Disliked: Reception didnt explain anything after checking out. I booked for the river view but didnt get it.No microwave in the room..I had to call it in, so they provided one. For the amount they charge compared with other decent hotels nearby with breakfast, I do not think this hotel has anything unique to offer to charge more.
