Disliked: It was very noisy, was not told about construction ahead of time, sheets on bed were stained, drain in bathroom sink was plugged, ants outside front door, overall horrible .

Liked: The only thing good was the lady named Lily , very friendly.
Disliked: The construction, the whole hotel was dirty, my refrigerator didn’t work, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the wake up call from a jack hammer at 730 AM was the worst. The area designated for pets to go potty was disgustingly dirty and not safe at all. Do not stay here until maybe they are done renovating. Free breakfast for all the inconvenience should be something they should offer, but they charge.

Disliked: Hotel was mid renovation throughout stay and should definitely be closed. We were woken up every day by construction noises. Pool was closed. Only one lift worked and was slow, glass window gave beautiful view of more construction . Got double charged for the hotel stay and took 3 members of staff before it was even acknowledged as happening even though I had the transaction on my bank

Disliked: The hotel is under construction! They gave us a room still under construction!!! Everything was full of construction dust in our room!!! Bath tub faucet was running water a constant running water stream!!! Carpet was horrendous dirty stained!!!! I PAID A LOT TO STAY FOR 1 NIGHT AND GOT horrible experience!!!!! I will never stay at this hotel of chains again!!!! I wish I can get a refund back!
